Terms and Conditions of Usage

 A Licence to access the NZSG Kiwi Collection is hereby granted – subject to acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions

1.I agree that I will ONLY use the information in the NZSG Kiwi Collection for my own personal family research.    

2.I agree that I may NOT share this information with any other party excepting where such information is imbedded in my own family history notes.   

3.I acknowledge that the NZSG holds and retains Copyright over any/all information contained within the Kiwi Collection and such information may NOT be copied, reverse engineered or used (in whole or in part) for any other purpose other than as may be authorized by terms of this Licence.   

4.I acknowledge that sharing of my log on details as a means of circumventing compliance with the terms of this Licence is prohibited.   

5.I acknowledge that any breach of the Terms & Conditions of this Licence may result in potential legal proceedings being initiated by the NZSG at its sole discretion, and may result in the withdrawal of NZSG Membership, and/or access rights to NZSG products and services.  

NZSG MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OF THIS PRODUCT, NOR OF THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.
